When I set one of the menu items to a category, when you click the menu item and it takes you to the category page displaying all the posts in that category – the pagination (category list) appears over the top of the actual posts – how do I disable this or move it up a bit?

Hello,
Please provide more details to your issue so i can understand better. The pagination is usually on the bottom of the modules, not on top of them. Please provide a link to your website and an example of this issue so we can inspect it. A screenshot of what you mean would be helpful.
