We have the block 14 widget in our right rail on the front page and all default pages. I am trying to exclude the Hot Links category (Morning Links.) I put in the minus and category Id # (-402) but it is still appearing. How can I get this to work correctly?

I’ve tested the exclude filter on my side and works fine. If you still have this issue try to clear all caches then test the site again.

Cleared cache and issue still exists. The site is http://www.radass.com/

Please read the block settings guide and check to see if you added te category filter in the correct spot. People tend to confuse the filter with the ajax filter and vice versa
