Category not showing posts

Hi , can you imagine why a category is not having posts showing up? I’ve check theme options for category visibility, everything is ok.
I’ve created category from scratch , same issue.
Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have more than 4 articles?
Then please edit the element called “Posts Loop” and set up your offset = 0.

These 4 are coming from latest articles and every category pages have them.
Category posts starts down them

The offset number is 4 , probably this is the issue but I cannot check this now because tagDiv composer is not saving changes (I have created another ticket).
