and I would like to know which is the best. To creat a page or a category, I mean for Seo?

This looks like a category but no, is a page: http://www.storypickers.com/true-stories/
I have a category on the same name which this page it has. Under that page I have created some blocks module with visual composer plugin, and it loads article only from that category… I have done in that way because I thought it will be more good for seo.
However is this a good way for seo? Or I should leave only like a category and not like a page?

No difference for SEO, technically; benefit of category is that page will auto-populate with stories. With “page” you have to do it manually unless you make custom page.
In some cases page might be very slightly better for seo, if you are not removing the /category/ slug from your links.
E.g.,
yoursite.vvv/bunny-food
might be better in some ways to
yoursite.vvv/category/bunny-food
but Google smart enough to “ignore” the /category/ directory — which is why you often see that as /…/ in SERPS.

(/category/example.com) on my articles. This is a bad thing?
So for example, if you click in a article it will be without the category slug.
I think It would be a better thing if i remove the page and leave as a category because from the category all the articles have more power to rank, as from the page. Because from the page the articles are loaded from blocks modules and I think them hasn’t power as a category might have. Just my opinion.

I cannot suggest you to use a page instead of a category and also it is not good to have duplication on your site(the same name even it is category, page or post). The theme doesn’t have such an option to use Visual Composer for category template, so if you want to use a custom page(like you have now) you will need to use a redirect plugin.

Yes. You should never have duplicate pages, posts or category names as they are bad in Google SERPS (per their guidelines), but also confusing to internal permalinks in some cases.
