I would like to use affiliate advertising on my website and not AdSense. Can I make the ads in the header change depending on category or post?

Hi,
Our theme do not have control over ads, and how to change it, this can be achieve if you are using some plugin for ads, the only way to achieve this with our theme with any plugin is to make one header for each post and category where you want to have a different advertisement!
