When we select multiple categories, the category tag seems to be displayed in alphabetical order. Instead of the alphabetical order, can we choose the category in the category tag? For example, can we choose ‘PSY’ to be displayed in the category tag when ‘PSY’, ‘News’ and ‘Celebs’ are all selected in category?

Unfortunately that part is not editable or interchangeable. You could try to edit it using custom code but unfortunately this is something that support team does not cover.
