Hi – can you let me know if there is a way to adjust the ‘category’ page so that it also shows related articles under the category posts?

Yes, you can edit the category template with tagdiv Composer, and apply whatever filter you want on the blocks https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
