Try to regenerate your thumbnails using the Force Regenerate or Force Regenerate thumbnails, switch the child theme to the main theme if you are using something like this, remove all of the untested plugins, update the theme, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page.
