hi, I would like to know how I can eliminate or reduce
the sidebars that come out from the right when I scroll down to the category page.

The sidebar that you are seeing comes from Appearance – Widgets. You can only disable it from there: https://www.screencast.com/t/p6qf5Oin5xy
