I have had this issue for a few weeks now.
A category post scheduled to appear at a certain time the next day doesn’t appear on the live site though it appears in the right place when I am logged in to WP.

In edition to that… Slide Show Galleries are not working for me and images on the site often need to be refreshed to load.

This could be because of the time-zone set in WP. Now I can see the latest post just fine: https://ncreview.com.au/2018/04/17/ncr-17-04-2018/
Please make sure you set the correct time zone in the wp settings.
Test this on a default wp theme as well.
As for the slide show gallery it could be a plugins conflict. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
