Sorry again, but I have tried to set this category to display as the Home Page (with right sidebar)-where all the posts are listed one after another and not display the 3 post images at the top. I have looked at the Blog and Post template (I assume it refers to the Home Blog & Posts) but can not determine its module type.
1. Is it possible to set the above category (actually all categories within the Regions + Places Page) as the Home Page-all the posts are listed one after another?

Hello,
If you use the blog and post template, then you cannot control which categories will show on the homage. It will simply show a list of all your latest posts no matter the category.
If you want to show particular categories, you will have to use a static page and create your layout in visual composer.
We recommend using the tagdiv composer (since newspaper 8) and updating to the latest version. You use a very old version of the theme.

Thanks Bogdan but really do not want to venture out to do what you suggest and I end messing up…
I changed the CATEGORY TOP POSTS STYLE from Default to Grid 9 see here. I would like is to display all categories in this style. Is it possible to display all categories in these “boxes”. Currently the settings display 4 boxes at the top and then the remaining 2 in a different style (list style). I would like all to display in Boxes. Is this possible?

Sorry but the top grid does not work like that. It will show the latest posts from your category. In this case it shows the latest posts from the places-san-juan-metro category.
You can change the style of particular categories or for all the categories at once to that style by using the category settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-category-settings-work/

Yes, I know the top grid will show the latest posts from my category; and that is fine. What I want is for “all posts” to show as the current 4 top show. What style will do this?

2. This is becasue you limit the category to only show 8 posts. You need to limit it to 7 or 9 from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/nXtV5MCuVJ5
3. Simply limit the above number to a big number that will cover all of your posts. Add a limit of 900 and you will be sure there will be no pagination until you reach 900 posts in a particular category.
