Category Siblings not displaying properly on saved page

Hi, I am trying to display my site’s category siblings across the full width of my page.
In the editor, everything looks correct, but the output of the saved pages has the
category siblings centered. I have repeatedly tried to fix this without any luck.

Also, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
