"Category Template 44 – Black Pro" Not Working

I need help with the category layout. I want to have the “Category Template 44 – Black Pro” for all categories but every time I set a Cloud Library category template for all categories, I don’t get that layout!! Please let me know if you can assist me with this issue. I’ve tried everything!! I can send login credentials.
