I download a Category Template but when I apply on the theme and navigated via the menu to category I didn’t see any post-article at this page.

Hi,
So if you get a category cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library, then you need to set it on some categories in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/WzoJhLD.png
If this is not what you mean, please provide some more details and some screenshots.
