Category template style 3 not updating

For some reason the category template is not updating the style. I’m trying to have my category tags display with color. Please help.

Hi,
I tested this option again and it works as expected. Please make sure you have colors set for your categories and sub-categories like so: http://screencast.com/t/deeEvs8X
