Is there a separate feature banner image… or is the image that I’m seeing in the documentation the background showing through?

These are two different category templates and the background image you can set it from Theme panel for each category, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/4llruugE If you want to find more details about this regard, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/category-templates/ If you want to achieve better results with a high quality you have to use an image with HD.
