hi where do i set category page h1 font?

I am trying to chage this font to Fira Sans:
.tdi_64_3aa .tdb-title-text {
font-family: Rubik !important;
font-size: 33px !important;
font-weight: 600 !important;
text-transform: none !important;
letter-spacing: -1px !important;
}

if I have downloaded cloud template this has to be changed inside it?

If you are using a cloud template for category, then you can adjust it using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/4RUlAqQ.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/h0NkVWX.jpg
