Is it possible to justify 1170 layout to the left so that I can put in a background ad to the right?

It’s possible to do it via custom css as the theme doesn’t have any option for something like this. If you need this and you don’t know how to do it yourself we suggest you to hire a developer to help you with it as unfortunately we cannot offer custom work as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support. You can always get a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ if you don’t know how to do it yourself.
