Normally, there the name of the template should not appear in the URL -> https://i.imgur.com/Gn8vNKP.png
You can edit the template with tagDiv Composer, select the title and change it https://i.imgur.com/jV0vtK2.png

This is only for the view option, to see how it is displayed. If you have a select date or author as I did there is the right link.
The cloud templates are custom post types, and these can be an index or not, therefore you can use Yoast SEO to control the SEO for cloud templates, for example, https://i.imgur.com/6BRLmIs.png

Hi loog5566, unfortunately, there is no option for that. What can be done in this case is to use a redirect for those links, so the visitors will never arrive on them (for this can use a redirect plugin).
