I want to centralize and justify the post title when viewed as a thumbnail, in any grid, in any block. Currently the “Thumbnail Description” area is composed by Title, Meta Info and Excerpt. I use no meta and no excerpts, only ever post titles. However, I saw that the option to disable metas and excerpts do not ACTUALLY disable them, but instead hide them through CSS (didn’t really expect this), which causes the text to always float left (or always staying on top, dividing its space with empty space that should have been the excerpt).
Is there a way to centralize and justify the text so it occupies the whole description area? It’s ok if it’s just centralized, because this white space is killing the design. I even tried tailoring with Titles/Excerpts maximum word numbers but did not work as post would get extended, but it would still share it’s area with the invisible ones.

Please provide a link to your website so we can inspect it, also mention more details about what exactly you want to do and for what specific elements.
The blocks have predefined design, there should not be problems in how they display regardless of enabled or disabled module meta.

This is a picture of my current thumbnails, with disable meta. I want text to be in center, vertically aligned with thumbs. I also wanted this to happen for ALL blocks/modules, if possible.
You could try this solution to center the titles on modules
