Change block setting globally

In Video New Pro template I have video duration shown on all blocks. Can I turn that off globally without the need to change setting in each block individually?

Is it possible that the video duration was added automatically during the upgrade? I don’t remember that the video duration was shown on any video until recently when it appeared on all videos?
