I have a simple question. How do I chance the on hover effects for the menu items in the main menu?

Please go in Newspaper>Theme panel>Theme color>Main Menu Active & Hover Color

That is obviously NOT what I asked. I know how to chance the color. How do I chance the effect?
If I want to remove the effect entirely how do I do that?
Or chance it to another hover effect?

Hi,
That hover effects are custom made, you can not chose another hover effect, only if you create one.
Please provide some more details and some screenshots with the hover effect you want to remove or change.
