I can only change the address of the social networking site page footer on the way newspaper/theme panel. In the header for example the address of the facebook is like this: http://mobilidadesampa.com.br/mobilidadesampa and footer is https://www.facebook.com/mobilidadesampa/

Both these icons should have the same url since there is only one option to change the url in the theme panel under the social networks tab. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test the social links again. if you still have trouble with this please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate.
