When I add an article on my website, it shows the user admin photo on sidebar, but not the author photo.

You have to edit this by going to Dashboard – Users and there edit your users since this problem you are facing is related to wordpress not the Newspaper theme: https://www.screencast.com/t/j524VHolt

But on WordPress admin I have two users, me who installed the website, and the customer who write articles. Two users are in the WordPress backoffice, but it is only the admin photo that is displaying and I want to author photo to be display.
Can you tell me how to do ?
And can you tell me too how can I translate the sentance “Must read” ?

You will have to edit each user and set their avatars as wanted. Also if you want to have a custom default avatar you will have to go into Dashboard – General – Discussion and edit the default one like here: https://www.screencast.com/t/znt2mB11
Can you tell me where did u find the Must Read because I can’t find it.
