Change "Back To Top" to PNG Image

Hello, I would like to change the Back to Top button which is currently an icon and some CSS to a transparent PNG. Might this be possible with some custom code that I can point to the PNG file?

Hello,

Sorry but there is no png image in the scroll up button. It is created exclusively with html and css. No external resources are being used.
