Change block title background color

Hi,
I can’t change block title background color in the new version Newspaper 8.5.1.
It is still possible with Newspaper 8.2 version and WPBakery 5.4.5.
How can I change this color now?

The problem remains the same. Tested with Firefox IE and Chrome.
