Change color "." list (li :: marker)

Hi.
I want to change the colors of the list options, of the editor, when we make lists by. or numbers, attached screenshots, I have not given how to do it by CSS.
The default color is # 000 and it is marked as li :: marker, as shown here.

This is an example of color change from another website, but I could not make the change I can’t find that class li :: marker in the CSS.

Hi,

Our theme and WordPress editor do not have this option to change the dot color, you can do it only with custom css.
