Change cropping of the featured image

Hello everyone.
I have one serious question, I would like to crop some featured images.
However even though I tried cropping using a good plugin , the outcome was the same as without cropping.

So is thre any way to crop the featured image of specific articles?

Then I hit save and the post is republished.

But the image hasn’t changed at all..

Hello!

There is a difference between a single post featured image and single post bg featured image. Single Post Featured Image will take the image in original sizes, so please make sure you use this element.
