Change CSS for Mobile

Hi,

I was wondering if there is an option to set up the css for mobile and tablet in the Newspaper Theme ?
Example :
H1 desktop = 30px
H1 mobile = 15px

Same for the content of a post, list etc..

Sure.Our theme panel has a custom code section and an advanced css section where you can add your custom css that will only affect the specific device you place the css for:
