I’d like to change the width of the entire site (header, menubar, page, and post).
Additionally, I would like the sidebar to be a smaller % of that total page width. How can I adjust both of these values globally?

Hi,
Unfortunately Newspaper has an fixed grid layout, responsive as it is fluid and style for desktop/tables/mobile screens. Changing the grid’s width is not an easy job and you would need lots of custom modifications for it, as you need to change the width value for all elements on pages and for this you would need custom work. If you really need this you would have to get a professional’s help and ask him to do all the necessary modifications and testing in this regard as we cannot provide custom work at this time, sorry!

This is an example to see that it is not an easy task and it wont work only to change the width, you will have to review all the css and also the responsiveness of the theme.
