Hey,
Where can I change the default of ‘Row stretch’ in Newspaper?

Hi,
That can’t be changed, default means the initial theme container width. If you want a specific width for a row, try using the width setting in the CSS tab, maybe you can do what you want using it – http://prntscr.com/nvdr88
