Hey there

I’d like to know how to do with my domain has changed from abctudo.com.br to abctudo.com how to change the domain license?

Hi,

This website doesn’t exist in our database https://abctudo.com/

This one exists https://www.abctudo.com.br/ and the key is assigned to it.

I suggest checking in the theme license panel on the new website -> https://prnt.sc/JglNmF6OYP31 When you access that panel, the website should be added in our database and the key can be assigned to it.

Or is there maybe a problem when you try to access the license panel?

I see that the new domain appeared in our database in the meantime. And the key is assigned to it. The previous website isn’t using the theme anymore, so I removed it from our database.

Now the key is assigned correctly only to your new website https://abctudo.com/
