Hi,
I’m not sure how to change the hover colour of the featured images. I am using the Fashion PRO theme.

Hello !
That effect is set by using a class in the theme body -> https://i.imgur.com/eX5F0uI.png
If you do not like that color, you can remove the extra class from flex blocks -> https://i.imgur.com/gfsHWKP.jpg or the class from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/Umuw7q0.png after that set your own color effect on flex blocks -> https://i.imgur.com/isPN1A6.png you can check more in our article from here -> https://tagdiv.com/blending-modes-newspaper-theme/
