After updating to WordPress 5.0, the font, if I create a post or a page, is different. When I install the clasic editor plugin I have the normal font again. Diot is not the case with other themes. Presumably it is a bug in your theme. If I deactivate the plugins nothing changes.

Yes there are tow different styles, in WP 5 now is Gutenberg that have a different style from the classic editor, but those changes are just in the back-end, not in the front-end (there should be the same font).

Okay, but in the menu the fonts are different than in whole wordpress when I use the new editor. When I install the old editor da I have the normal fonts again. See screenshots.

If you do not like this change of font you can change it in theme file, go in wp-content/themes/Newspaper/gutenberg-editor.css

and change the font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif or delete it.
