New install, theme installed, demo content installed. Try to change header style, spins endlessly. Server is running php 7.3, 512MB for wordpress. Not a great first impression.

The problem that you specific seems to be related to related to an admin ajax error, usually this problem appear when the host have a a firewall or security, also if you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
