Change home and blog to other text/language

So, how do i change the “home” text to my own language, i would also like to change “blog” – both in navigation menu – I have already translated the theme in the setting, but that didn’t help

If you use the visual composer to build your homepage, you can rename the title of blocks.

Where do i find that?

And how do I use it? – It’s the home and blog in the navigation bar

Add Page, then you’ll find the blue button ‘visual composer’.

Check your documentation, it has an explanation about how to use it

No blue buttons on Add page here.

I have installed the Visual composer plugin from an extern souruce. But it still doesn’t give me the option to change the “Home” and “blog” in the navigation bar – look here
