I don’y understand exactly what you want to do with the images. If you could provide some more exact details, I will try to give you a solution if possible.
When I changed a page through “TagDiv Composer” I put a “Single image”. I would like it when the user places the mouse over the image to change the image or the color of it. See the example (http://prntscr.com/ilej6o) I wanted to put the mouse on this image to turn green or change image.

The theme does not have such effects that would apply to images. There are some image elements in tagDiv composer but they do not have such effects
