It’s found on the Themeforest website and in the download ‘all files’ for the Newsmag theme.
You will get automated email from TF when the theme is actually updated. Don’t go by the “last updated” box on right side of TF page as that is just when the info was updated, not necessarily the actual theme.

If you download the theme, and it’s not been updated, then there is no new update, right ?
But I don’t work here.
