Change mobile header background color ?

Hi,

I am trying to match the mobile header background with my logo background which is full black.

I tried to get the background color also full black, but can seem to find where I can change the settings of the mobile header background?

To change the background color for the mobile header, please edit, select the viewport on phone and change the background color on the row => https://i.imgur.com/9j1EjbG.png
