Hi – I have updated a page but it does not get saved for more than 1 HOUR, whereas another page I edited was reflected immediately. what could be the cause of this issue? Thank you

Maybe you have some elements/shortcodes or something that interfere with the theme theme functions.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again

I don’t think it’s any one of those issues since it’s only happening to one page out of the five we have.

If is happen only on a specific page, then you have on that page a shortcode or something set that is not compatible with tagDiv Composer. You can test it by making a new page and if is working then the problem is as I said.
