I am planning to change the domain address from test domain to actual service domain.
If my hosting company change the domain address, what will happen to the license of the theme?
Can I continue using it? or do I have to transfer the theme from Themeforest?

Hello,
You can simply de-register your theme from the current domain from the system status: https://www.screencast.com/t/uChS68YT52
And then you can activate it on the new domain using the same key.
