owlnetwork.com is the website. I have made changes to the categories, which I use as tabs, and header with time and weather in Chicago. I view them in tagDiv, save them, view site which shows the changes, but when I go to the website after clearing browsing history in Chrome and Edge, I do not see the new header and categories across top as tabs. Instead I see the older version.

Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please give it a try and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
