Hi I was just wondering how I can change the paint colour behind titles, please see image here:Colours

Hello,
The paint background is an image, not a standard css color so as you can imagine, you have to change the image color in order to have a different color on your site. Please check your theme files here https://www.screencast.com/t/7OMekys8hFD
