I need to change my permalink structure just for one category. Now I have: /%postname%/ , but for News category I need this structure: /%category%/%postname%/ .

Sorry but the theme does not offer any settings for permalinks. Permalinks are handled by WordPress or plugins. Please read this guide for insight: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-custom-permalinks-in-wordpress/
