Is it possible to change the posts page to be more like this:
http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/common-topics
This is where the posts page, say it is a glossary of A-Z, shows like the above, the letters A, B, C, D, E, etc, then under each section, all the post links on the page.
I am sure it’s probably really simple, but the documentation doesn’t provide an answer to this type of question.

Our theme does not have this kind of option. You will have to find a plugin that can provide this sort of implementation.

Unfortunately this is not on our plans for the future as we only have this single request for such a feature. We have lots of requests from users and we have to prioritize based on popularity. A single request from 1 user is not very much when comparing to the whole user base as you can imagine. If this request becomes more popular we will consider implementing it.
