I am trying to change this section of the page. However, I couldn’t find the tab to change it.

That is a single post template from tagDiv Cloud library you can edit it with tagDiv Composer click on elements and make the changes https://i.imgur.com/DnLiw0f.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/cQRodz2.png
