Change Review section fonts?

Is it possible to change the fonts of the review section (below the “Send a letter to the editor” button here – https://jazzjournal.co.uk/2019/03/11/caroline-scott-khoalesce/)?

I want to everything – change case and font of the REVIEW OVERVIEW block, the SUMMARY block, Reviewer rating, Scott is clearly destined for a successful career in whatever aspect of music she chooses to occupy, 3.5 and OVERALL SCORE

In order to change the fonts of the review section you can use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library
