Change some names in the predifined footer section

Hi, I want to change some words in the footer section since my website is NOT in english.
Please look at my screenshot.

How can I change the name of:
1. EDITOR PICKS
2. POPULAR POST
3. POPULAR CATEGORY
4. ABOUT US
5. CONTACT US
6. And I want to change the logo.

How do you change the text “Contact Us” to something else. I want it to say “Let Us Help” the my email address.
It has to be in the code somewhere.
