Hi, i recently make a “fake” cdn for my website http://www.heevoo.com
I want to add all css,images and javascript from cdn.heevoo.com
I change get_template_directory_uri() and get_stylesheet_uri() on function.php with hardlinks but not all javascript and images load from cdn.heevoo etc.
What i have to change?

Hi,
Some elements are loaded from plugins, wordpress or google (fonts) – http://screencast.com/t/lGvrL7pOS
Look into the page source, identify them and look for a solution to load them via cdn.
