Hi,
I would like to change default style of related section under post to something similar like module 16.
How could I do that ?

Hi,
Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option to change the module for related articles block and you will need custom modifications – http://screencast.com/t/Wu1SCNrrga – http://screencast.com/t/ghsFWuh9
If you don’t have basic experience I suggest to hire a freelancer to do it for you.
